Ohio Department of Insurance says health coverage, denied claims top complaints in 2008

More consumers complained about claim denials last year than any other type of insurance problem, the Ohio Department of Insurance said today. Nearly a third of the 6,506 complaints closed by the department in 2008 involved claim denials.
